Liverpool keeping tabs on Eintracht Frankfurt defender Nnamdi Collins

Nnamdi Collins is the latest Eintracht Frankfurt participant to be talked about in reference to a transfer to Liverpool.

Last week, it was reported that Nathaniel Brown may go away Frankfurt for £56m, and each Liverpool and Arsenal had been said to have an interest.

Since then, another report has said that the two golf equipment are also main the chase for Hugo Larsson, who used to play alongside Hugo Ekitike at Frankfurt.

According to Graeme Bailey from TeamTalk, Collins has caught the eye of a number of golf equipment, including Arsenal, Manchester City, Newcastle United, Brighton and Hove Albion, and Brentford.

But with the participant under contract in Germany until 2030, Frankfurt would want a strong provide to even think about letting him go.

Collins moved from Borussia Dortmund to Frankfurt in 2023 and performed alongside Ekitike before the striker made his change to Liverpool.

He’s performed each centre-back and right-back this season for Eintracht Frankfurt.

This season alone he’s featured 14 occasions at centre-back and 7 occasions as a full-back. Those just occur to be two positions the place Liverpool are trying skinny at the second, making a transfer for the 22-year-old make some sense.

The defender also talked about how a lot he admired English soccer’s top flight – and particularly name-dropped Liverpool when speaking about it.
