Christophe Pinard-Legry Appointed CEO of Canal+ Europe

Christophe Pinard-Legry has been appointed CEO of Canal+ Europe, along with his current function as CEO of Canal+ France, in cost of enterprise actions. He also turns into a member of the Canal+ administration board, chaired by Maxime Saada, alongside Amandine Ferré, Anna Marsh, David Mignot and Gérald‑Brice Viret.

In his new function, Pinard-Legry’s core mission might be to supervise the global media and leisure company’s subsidiaries and coordinate all of the group’s actions across Europe.

Canal+ Europe, which operates in 10 European nations and 11 abroad territories, has over 18 million subscribers. It encompasses Canal+ France, co-managed by Pinard-Legry with Gérald-Brice Viret, CEO of Canal+ France in cost of applications and channels; Canal+ Overseas, led by Aline Alix; Canal+ Benelux and Central Europe, led by Yassine Bouzoubaa; in addition to Canal+ Poland, led by Edyta Sadowska.

Pinard-Legry joined Canal+ in 2016 as industrial director for France. He subsequently held a number of key positions within the group: director of advertising and marketing and commerce for France (2017-2018), director of advertising and marketing, sales and buyer companies (2018-2021), managing director of advertising and marketing, sales and buyer companies at Canal+ France (2021-2022), and CEO of Canal+ France in cost of enterprise actions (2022-2026).

Before becoming a member of Canal+, he was director of enterprise market at SFR Business, after having held a number of senior positions at SFR, including advertising and marketing director (2009-2012) and industrial director (2012-2015). He started his profession in 1997 at Henkel in advertising and marketing before becoming a member of the E. Leclerc Group in 1999 as advertising and marketing class supervisor.
