UBS has joined forces with the University of Oxford to launch the Oxford-UBS Centre for Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI), a strategic initiative designed to pioneer cutting-edge research and drive the sensible application of AI within the monetary providers sector.

The new Centre represents a ground-breaking interdisciplinary partnership involving UBS, Oxford Saïd Business School, and the University’s Mathematical, Physical and Life Sciences (MPLS) division. Led by a newly endowed UBS Professor for Applied AI, the facility can be supported by a devoted team of 20 researchers specializing in unbiased initiatives and joint initiatives the place tutorial findings are examined against real-world banking eventualities.
