Dujon Sterling: Rangers defender appears in court charged with drink…

Rangers footballer Dujon Sterling has appeared in court charged with harmful driving and drink driving.

It is alleged that Sterling, 26, drove at “excessive speeds” on numerous roads in Glasgow City Centre on January 4 this yr.

The cost of harmful driving alleges that he drove into the path of other highway customers and misplaced management of the car.

He also faces a second cost of drink driving on that date.

Sterling had performed for Rangers against Celtic the earlier day in a match they gained 3-1.

It is alleged that he drove with 60 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol in 100 millilitres (ml) of breath, above the prescribed restrict of 22mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath.

Sterling didn’t enter a plea when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday.

Sheriff Jonathan Guy continued the case to an extra listening to at the court on May 5.
