Austin Film Festival to Honor Nina Jacobson and Eric Kripke

Austin Film Festival has set Nina Jacobson and Eric Kripke as the first honorees for its 2026 version.

Jacobson will obtain the Polly Platt Award for Producing, while Kripke is about for the Outstanding Television Writer Award at the pageant’s annual awards luncheon on Oct. 31. The thirty third Austin Film Festival is scheduled to run Oct. 29 by way of Nov. 5 in Austin, Texas.

The Polly Platt Award, established in 2019, acknowledges producers with a strong observe report of championing storytelling and rising expertise.
